Shipping policy

At UV Neon, we offer free international shipping on all orders.

Processing & Delivery Time: All custom neon signs are made to order and typically take 7-10 working days for delivery.

Shipping Carriers: We use DHL, UPS, or FedEx for fast and reliable shipping.

Lost or Damaged Items: If your sign arrives broken or faulty, please contact us at hello@uvneon.com within 7 days of delivery with videos and photos of the issue. We offer replacements only (no refunds). Customers are responsible for returning faulty items at their own expense.
