Returns & Cancellations

As all our pieces are made to order, we can only accept returns or exchanges for faulty items due to manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or functional issues. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns due to a change of mind. All sales are final once production has started.

If your piece arrives broken or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of tracked delivery by emailing hello@uvneon.com with videos and photographs of the issue. We only offer replacements, not refunds. Customers are responsible for returning faulty items at their own expense.

Warranty

Coverage:

  • First Year: Covers the sign, power supply, and accessories. We will arrange and cover the cost of collection and redelivery for necessary repairs.
  • Second Year: We will continue to carry out repairs on the sign; however, accessories, collection, and redelivery costs will not be covered.

Exclusions:

Our warranty only covers electrical failures caused by manufacturing defects, provided the sign has not been tampered with and has been used within the manufacturer’s specifications. It does not cover:

  • Accidental damage (e.g., dropping the sign)
  • Water damage (if the waterproof option was not selected)
  • Physical damage or mishandling

We aim to resolve warranty claims within 14 days of receiving the item. Customers must arrange their own shipping for repairs outside the first year.
