·         What materials are your neon signs made from?

Our LED neon signs are made using flexible silicone tubing mounted on a high-quality clear acrylic backboard. This keeps the sign lightweight, safe, and long-lasting, with a brilliant glow that stays cool to the touch.

·         Are the signs bright enough to be seen during the day?

Yes, our signs are bright enough to stand out both during the day and at night. They’re ideal for homes, shops, events and photo backdrops.

·         Do your signs come with a remote?

Our 12V signs offer the option to add a remote control dimmer for brightness adjustment and easy on-off use. USB 5V signs include a dimmer switch built directly into the cable.

·         What comes in the box?

Each order includes your custom LED neon sign, pre-drilled acrylic backing for mounting, hanging chains, screws and standoffs. 12V signs come with a power supply and plug (you choose the type at checkout). 5V USB signs come with a USB-A adapter. We can also provide an acrylic stand for freestanding signs on request.

·         Are your signs suitable for outdoor use?

Our standard signs are designed for indoor use. If you need a weatherproof outdoor version, let us know before ordering and we’ll customise it for your needs.

·         How long is the power cable?

12V signs include a 2-metre clear cable from the sign to the adapter, plus another 1.5 to 2 metres from the adapter to the plug — giving you around 4 metres of reach. USB signs include a 1.5 to 2 metre cable with an in-line dimmer.

·         How long do your signs last?

Our LED signs are designed to last up to 50,000 hours, providing many years of use with proper care.

·         Can I choose the colour of the light?

Yes, we offer a wide selection of vibrant colours. You can view and choose from our colour chart during the design or order process.

·         What sizes are available?

We offer several standard sizes, and can create custom dimensions to perfectly suit your space - whether for a shop wall, window or event display.

·         Do you offer completely custom designs?

We do. Whether it’s a name, logo or something unique, we’ll work with you to bring your vision to life in glowing neon.

·         Do your signs meet electrical safety standards?

Yes. Our 5V and 12V signs are CE certified and meet European safety, health and environmental protection standards.

·         Are your signs RoHS compliant?

Absolutely. All our signs comply with RoHS standards, meaning they’re free from hazardous substances such as lead and mercury.

Installation and Power

·         How do I put my sign up?

Installation is quick and simple. All signs come with pre-drilled holes, hanging chains, and wall-mounting screws. You can also use command strips or adhesive hooks for smooth surfaces.

·         Can I mount it on glass or tiles?

Yes, you can safely mount signs on smooth, clean surfaces like glass or tiles. Just take care if drilling into delicate materials, or opt for adhesive mounting solutions.

·         Do I need an electrician to install it?

Not at all. Our signs are plug-and-play. You can hang them yourself using the included hardware. If you're unsure about positioning, a handyman can help.

·         What power adapter comes with it?

12V signs include a power supply and plug. You can select from UK, EU, USA/CAN, or AUS/NZ plugs before adding to cart.

·         Can I leave the neon sign on all the time?

Yes. Our LED neon is energy-efficient and built for long-term use. Many customers leave their signs on for hours daily without issues.

Shipping and Returns

·         How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders typically take 10 to 14 working days to design, build, and deliver. If you need a rush order, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

·         Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship throughout the UK and worldwide. Delivery times and rates vary depending on your location.

·         Can I return my neon sign?

As each sign is made to order, we cannot accept returns unless the item is damaged or faulty. Please contact us within 7 days if there’s an issue and we’ll help resolve it quickly.

·         Is there a warranty included?

Yes. All signs come with a 24-month warranty covering electrical faults or manufacturing issues. This does not cover misuse or accidental damage.

Customisation and Design

·         Can you create a neon sign with my logo or artwork?

Absolutely. Just send over your logo or design file and we’ll transform it into a bold, high-quality neon sign. We accept most common file formats.

·         Will I see a preview of my design before it’s made?

Yes. Once you’ve confirmed the details, we’ll send a digital mock-up for approval before production begins.

·         Are there any limitations to what I can design?

We can make most designs. If your artwork has fine detail, we may need to simplify it slightly. Our team will guide you through the process if needed.

·         Can I pick the font style?

Yes. Choose from our selection of neon-friendly fonts or request a specific typeface. If it works well with LED tubing, we’ll make it happen.

·         Do you offer multi-colour signs?

We do. You can combine multiple colours in one sign for extra impact. Let us know what you have in mind and we’ll bring it to life.

·         Can you do bulk orders?
